Professor Dr Hj Primuharsa Putra Bin Sabir Husin Athar is a pioneer doctor and pioneer Consultant ENT-Head & Neck Surgeon at KPJ Seremban Specialist Hospital since 3 January 2005. He was formerly a Senior Lecturer and Consultant at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery (ORL-HNS), Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) (2001-2005) and had 30 years of working experience as a medical doctor.

Dr Thong is an ENT specialist-registrar working along with Professor Dr Hj Primuharsa Putra Bin Sabir Husin Athar at his clinic in KPJ Seremban. He graduated with masters of surgery under the pioneer ENT training program where Professor Dr Primuharsa oversees as the program director. He was also awarded a membership in otorhinolaryngology, Head & Neck surgery from Glasgow,Scotland (DOHNS) .
